Maritime Plaza is a 12-acre riverfront site that currently has two office buildings for a combined total of 360,600 square feet. An approved PUD allows for another two 175,000-square-foot office buildings and a 250-key hotel. The existing office buildings are owned by Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). The additional phases of development are controlled by Lincoln Property Company.
