Completed in 2012, Stonebridge renovated a former printing plant for the Washington Evening Star and Washington Post into a 350,000-square-foot, LEED Silver certified office building for the District Government. The redeveloped space now houses approximately 1,200- 1,400 employees within the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), and the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH). Additionally, the building includes a ground floor public art gallery showcasing the vast DCCAH art collection.
