Unaddressed: Up Top Acres Pop-up Dinner

At this event benefiting Miriam’s Kitchen. Co-founders, chef Manuel Rodriguez and restaurateur Spenser McKenna, will serve a seasonally inspired tasting menu including:

- Amuse Bouche
- Seafood Crudo, wasabi sorbet, avocado mousse, tempura 'sand,' and a ponzu reduction
- Local Field Green Salad, roasted & smoked blueberries, toybox tomatoes, fennel, roasted hazelnuts, manchego cheese and herbed white balsamic dressing
- Lobster Carbonara with homemade angel hair pasta
- 'Surf & Turf', local beef sirloin, smoked chicken & seafood paella with fresh local vegetables, green pea foam, and sherry gastrique
- Our S'mores of 2017

There will be a cocktail hour from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm with dinner beginning promptly at 7:30 pm. Alcohol is not included in the ticket price, but a cash bar will be available. Gratuity will not be included in the price of the event.
