Barracks Row is a vibrant and lively street connecting Capitol Hill and Capitol Riverfront. To further the visual connection between Lower Barracks Row and the main commercial area north of the freeway, the Capitol Riverfront BID, Barracks Row Main Street, Martin Diamond Properties, along with their design and construction teams will host a beautification event at Emblem Plaza, located at the southeast corner of Virginia Ave SE and 8th St SE.

Drinks and pastries will be served for the event.
