Stroller Strides and Slipstream Coffee Playgroup
Come for a mommy and me stroller-based workout, starting at Canal Park and ending at Slipstream DC for a coffee playgroup. Slipstream is offering a special coffee discount for all FIT4MOM class attendees. You must be 6 weeks postpartum to attend Stroller Strides. First class is free.
