GRAFT, a Hudson, NY cidery with Maryland roots is heading to Slipstream on Wednsesday, February 28th to share four distinct ciders that will be shared with food pairs that bring out the best in each cider. All GRAFT ciders are wild yeast fermented, sulfite-free, unpasteurized and unfiltered. The four-course event will feature food pairings created by Colin McClimans, Chef de Cuisine of Equinox Restaurant.
