Join Dolcezza Gelato and Shilling Canning Company on Sunday, February 4^th from 3 to 4 PM for an afternoon ice cream social to celebrate their new collaborative gelato flavor, Buttermilk Raspberry Jam. Chef Reid Shilling teamed up with Dolcezza Gelato on a specialty gelato flavor made with fresh, locally sourced raspberry jam canned at the peak of the season to last through the winter months. The rich dessert features tart raspberry jam in a creamy buttermilk gelato base. Guests interested in trying the new flavor from the DC-based brands may RSVP to be among the firsts to try the delicious new flavor and get a cookie made fresh in the Shilling kitchen to pair.

Buttermilk Raspberry Jam and three other seasonal flavors (Passionfruit Mousse, Red Velvet, and Bacio) will be available in all Dolcezza stores throughout the month of February.
