The Hip Hop 5K race is at 8:30am, followed by a health expo where mental health professionals and other health and wellness businesses will give talks and demonstrations at the stadium. Learn more about how both mental and physical fitness are important for overall wellness!

The race aims to raise money to support Black mental health programming as well as fund scholarships to HBCUs.
