Ice Cream Jubilee is partnering with biscuit maven, Mason Dixie Biscuit Co., to bring Capitol Riverfront savory breakfast sandwiches every morning and decadent biscuit sundaes every afternoon. Breakfast will be served from 8 am – 2 pm and ice cream sundaes will be offered starting at noon every day.
