Hines will host a Masquerade / Halloween Party on the rooftop of 55 M Street to raise money for the residents of the Capper senior community. This event will have music, complimentary food provided by Shake Shack, beer provided by Gordon Biersch and wine provided by First Residences. There will be door prizes given and a silent auction throughout the evening.
