In this workshop, you will learn the basics of European crepe paper along with the skills and techniques to create realistic paper flowers. We will be creating DC's own state flower: the rose. You will also learn techniques to make your rose and leaves more realistic with wire and artist pastels. We will complete one rose in class and then you will leave with the materials, templates and a detailed guide to make more roses at home.
